Shipping Policy

Shipment & Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days from date of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Your tracking email will provide you with the tracking number, carrier, and other shipment information regarding your DTBG skin purchase.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your package. Please address any shipping concerns with the carrier, using the tracking provided in your shipment email. 

Lost or Stolen Package

*The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package*.

When completing an order, the customer must provide an accurate and secure address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, DTBG skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier as a reference to assist with the investigation.
